Shiva & Shakti or Yin & Yang are two of the most important icons in yogic philosophy and spirituality, and they play a central role in the practice of yoga. These two divine energies represent the masculine and feminine aspects of the universe, and they are often associated with the concepts of consciousness and energy, respectively. We at Rudra Awakening & Healing practice our Meditations, Healings, Spiritual Coaching with the blessings of Shiv-Shakti. Born in the spiritually rich land of India, I had a roller coaster life journey so far. Being born in a religious family, practiced Sikhism and then turned athiest at young age. During my ignorant phase of life, materialism, popularity, people pleasing, fakeness, self-pity, un-truthful, un-faithful, ego become major part of my personality.
Until my Divine (Shiva) decided to wake me up to the world of spirituality, supernatural energies, deities, and to the ultimate true path of healing, inner-peace, wisdom, awareness, spirituality & Enlightenment.
With the grace & blessings of my Divine, the path I surrendered to is help others through my own life experiences, healing, spirituality & life coaching.

Representing the Shakti (feminine) energy of Rudra, My spiritual journey started with the blessings of Shiva. I grew up questioning the purpose of life, life after death, searching for ultimate truth.
Many of my questions were resolved when I started travelling within, where I connected with my Divine. The journey of meditation, surrendering to my true nature & soul was the Re-birth of my new life.
My spiritual awakening & journey has gifted me with inner-peace, groundedness, self-love, healing and awareness. I have taken the responsibility of healing the hearts, helping others and transform the world with pure love.
